Tell Them and They Will Come!
Got an offer or deal that your customers just need to know about. A clearance sale…a new product or service…a special limited time deal.
How do they know? …how do you tell them?
Do you call then up? run an ad in the paper , text them or send an email to each of them?
Do you just set up your shop or stall and hope that someone will turn up to buy?
What if you were able to write a short note and just like talking to a friend, “Hey here is a deal I think you might be interested in. Its 20% off until Wednesday…or buy one get one free…or whatever you want to say.” Hit a button and ..within a few seconds all your customers get your message. When they see it they respond….its a message from someone they know, they trust…they have bought from previously. Do you understand the power of that. Can you see how they would respond to that quicker than some obscure ad in a paper, that they might not even see.
Its simply a matter of capturing an email or mobile number from people who have bought something from you or who have contacted you before. These emails are held in an amazing little thing called an autoresponder. It sounds a bit fancy but its very simple to use and easy to set up. I have several thousand customers and if I want to send an offer I just create a simple email and click…that’s it… gone.
It’s then just a matter of waiting for the sales to come in.
Why on earth wouldn’t you do it? The way we communicate with customers is changing and changing fast… so don’t leave it to your competitors to poach your customers. Tell them and they will come.
