The World is Looking For YOUR Product… Sell It to Them!

Imagine having a product that you created or had someone create for you. Whether it’s candles, clothes, cards or bars of soap…. There is a world out there looking for your product.

Tell them about it… sell it to them.  I’m not talking about a wee newspaper ad or a basic facebook page,.  I’m talking about an online presence and an automated ordering method that will send your products out to customers anywhere in the world.  

As an example,… my wife has sensitive skin and its seem that no matter what soap she uses, they cause irritation and redness. It doesn’t matter what it says on the label about being kind to skin…organic…irritation free…hypoallergenic..blah blah blah.  They all do the same… give her a rash. That was until i came across a soap made locally, with, of all things,…goats milk!.

She tried it and within a few days it helped the irritation and it all soon disappeared.

Now the product i bought, I got it from a local farm shop. There was no website where i could buy it, only a page where it explained where and how the product was made and it directed me to a local shop where  i could get it.

I dont want to drive to some shop somewhere to get a bar of soap…even if it does help my wife.  I want to click buy it now and have it delivered to my door in a couple of days.

 

Now i also understand that it would also be a bit of work for the soap maker to box, pack and ship each order out whenever they get an online order… a nice problem to have. But what if they could sell the product to a worldwide audience and never have to pack a box…speak to a customer… or chase money on outstanding accounts.

 

I  talking about Amazon fba. An amazing way of doing business.  I know because that’s exactly what I do.

Imaging being able to box up 100 bars of soap (or whatever your product is) and send it   to one of Amazon’s many fulfillment centre (warehouses) . When a customer sees and buys the product, Amazon will collect the online payments, pick the product from their warehouse and ship it directly to the customer within 48 hours. Job done.

 

This can be done over and over again as long as there is stock of the product.  All the product owner needs to do is keep an eye on the stock level occasionally and receive the payments from Amazon every 2 weeks direct to their bank account.  So no matter where the customer is located in the world….your product is available to them. And no matter where you are in the world, whether at home or on holidays,… your product is selling every day to customers all over the world and you can see it all from your mobile phone….and never need to pack a box.

 

E Commerce is here to stay and Amazon are miles in front leading the way. The largest online retailer in the world makes it possible for a simple product made at home (with goats milk) to be available to customers all over the world.  So what do you want to sell today?
